PitchMotion
FAQ

How PitchMotion works with growth teams.

These answers clarify what our agency does, how engagements are structured, and what Canadian clients should expect before starting a programme. We keep the process commercially practical: clear discovery, a written scope, documented assumptions, and ongoing optimization based on the channels, market and budget in play.

  1. No. PitchMotion is a premium digital marketing agency providing performance marketing, SEO, paid media, branding, content and conversion services for Canadian clients. We do not sell AI software licences, IT helpdesk services or standalone website builds without marketing delivery.

  2. No. Our agency plans and delivers digital marketing campaigns — outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, creative execution and platform policies. We do not guarantee viral reach, follower counts or return on investment.

  3. Google Ads work can include account review, campaign architecture, keyword and audience planning, ad copy, conversion tracking recommendations, landing page feedback, search terms review and ongoing optimization. We define the scope before launch so clients know which campaign types are included, which assets are required, and how reporting will be handled.

  4. We collect only the contact and project information needed to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, and deliver agreed marketing services. Client records, campaign data and analytics access are handled with role-based access, practical retention limits, and consent-aware processes. When a campaign involves lead generation or customer data, we discuss PIPEDA obligations, consent language and platform data handling before activation.

  5. Some programmes may be framed as tiers, but final pricing depends on channel mix, market complexity, creative volume, reporting needs, advertising budget and the level of strategic support required. During discovery, we separate agency fees from media spend and third-party costs so the investment is easier to evaluate.

  6. A retainer is best when you need ongoing campaign management, content cadence, experimentation, reporting and cross-channel improvements. A project is better for a defined deliverable such as a positioning sprint, landing page conversion audit, launch plan or campaign setup. If the work requires learning from live performance data over time, a retainer usually gives the team more room to improve results responsibly.

  7. Meta Ads work must respect platform rules, category restrictions, privacy expectations and truthful claim standards. We review offer language, audience assumptions, landing page consistency and creative before launch. In regulated or sensitive categories, we may recommend more conservative messaging, additional client legal review, or excluding tactics that create avoidable account risk.

  8. Not always. Many clients prefer confidentiality around budgets, growth strategy, customer acquisition economics and campaign performance. We only publish case studies with permission and may anonymize sensitive details. When a public case study is not available, we can still discuss relevant working methods, comparable challenges and the type of evidence we use to make decisions.

  9. PitchMotion operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Eastern Time, from Ottawa. Active clients receive agreed communication channels and response expectations in their scope of work. Campaign emergencies, advertising account issues and launch windows can be planned separately when the engagement requires after-hours coordination.

  10. Project work can run for a few focused weeks when the deliverable is narrow. Performance marketing retainers usually need a longer horizon because tracking, creative testing, platform learning, search visibility and conversion improvements require enough data to judge patterns. We will recommend an engagement length that fits the business goal rather than stretching work beyond what the brief requires.

Marketing disclaimer: PitchMotion plans and delivers digital marketing services using professional judgement, available data and client-approved budgets. Results are influenced by market demand, sales follow-up, offer strength, competitive activity, creative quality, platform changes and tracking limitations. No FAQ answer should be interpreted as a guarantee of rankings, sales volume, lead quality, revenue, follower counts or return on investment.
